1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Agência360's website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, the user agrees to these terms.

2. Services

Agência360 provides website development, digital marketing, branding, social media management and digital business solutions. The details of each service are set out in commercial proposals or specific contracts.

3. Quotes and Payments

All quotes have a limited validity and may be changed without prior notice. Work begins only once the agreed payment is confirmed. Payments must be made in line with the conditions set out in the approved proposal.

4. Intellectual Property

Once the service has been paid for in full, the rights to the final product (such as websites, logos or content created) transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client undertakes to provide accurate information, the content required and cooperation throughout the development of the project. Agência360 is not responsible for delays caused by a lack of information or response from the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

Agência360 is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or service interruptions caused by third parties, suppliers or external factors.

7. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, update or discontinue services whenever necessary, giving the client prior notice wherever applicable.

8. Cancellations

Project cancellations must be communicated in writing. Where a project is cancelled after it has started, charges may apply in proportion to the work already carried out.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law applicable in Mozambique.
